Our advisors work with plan sponsors (employers) to design, implement, and manage retirement plans, aiming to fulfill fiduciary responsibilities under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). 

Business Client Types

For-Profit Corporations (Public and Private): These clients range from small businesses to large corporations. Their primary goals include attracting and retaining talent, maximizing contributions for owners/executives, and managing fiduciary liability.

Typical Plans Managed for These Clients 

401(k) Plans: The most common for-profit plan, but also used by non-profits.
Defined Benefit (Pension) Plans: Traditional pensions, including cash balance plans.
Deferred Comp Plans: Selective plan for a for-profit company to reward key employees.
SIMPLE IRAs/SEP IRAs: Often for smaller, cost-sensitive employers. 
 

Key Services Provided
